U9C Girls win silver at the Oshawa Winter Classic!
The U9C girls team participated in the Oshawa Lady Generals Winter Classic this past weekend. For many players it was their first hotel tournament...and the team ended up taking home the silver medal!

The girls had just come off of a two week shooting challenge, the goal was 4000 team shots and the team far surpassed that with 13447! This meant that the coaches had to dress crazy for the first tournament game :)

In the Oshawa tournament they made it to the finals, and had a 2-2 tie going until just 26 seconds left when Owen Sound scored a heartbreaker goal which ended the game in a 3-2 loss for Lambeth. 

The coaching staff and parents are so proud of these girls and can’t wait to keep this great playing going into our final month of the year!
