U9C Girls Win Silver at WOGHL Championship Weekend Tournament!
The
U9C girls had a great year end championship tournament, going 3-1, and
outscoring opponents a combined 21-6.
The
final game had a grueling overtime period where our goalie, Molly Howlett,
stood on her head, making save after save to keep us in the game! We lost in a
shootout to Sarnia for a final score of 4-3, in one of the best U9 hockey games
we have ever seen.
The parents and fans of
these players are very proud of how hard they worked, and how positive their
attitudes were throughout the season. We can’t wait until next year!
